GILLED RINGS TYPES AND ELEMENTS:

In Chemical Plants like Sulphuric Acid Plants, and some Steel Plants etc wherever possible the process heat is utilized for optimum use. To save process heat wherever possible a conscientious design Engineer prefers water tube boilers instead of smoke tube boilers as in water tube boilers steam can be raised more quickly and higher pressures can be produced, at a higher rate of evaporation due to more effective heat transfer. The ‘Process Heat’ thus is saved and can be used for power generation or as a motive power for blowers and pumps or any other suitable purposeful use in the process of the plant.

The high pressure elements in Waste Heat Boilers, Economisers and Super Heaters are conscientiously designed to protect the tube from the corrosive action of hot process gases by the C.I gilled rings / corrugated rings, shrunk fitted on the carbon steel seamless boiler quality tubes. The rings provide extended heating surface and optimum heat transfer coefficient and are designed to withstand a high steam pressure and are manufactured as per IBR. There are four types of C.I gilled rings used in different heat zones.

HEADERS:

Headers are designed and duly fabricated as per IBR of Carbon Steel and Alloy Steel with ends of the pipe closed by end caps, end plates etc., and the Carbon steel/Alloy steel tube stubs welded on the main Header pipe as per IBR

ECONOMISER / SUPER HEATER COILS:

We undertake manufacturing of Economiser Coils of various sizes of carbon steel tubes and Super Heater coils of carbon steel / alloy steel of varying grades with minimum bending radius of R=1D and above. Manufacturing standard confirm to IBR code Practices. Materials used by us confirm to IS, ASTM, BS & DIN standard series.

ECONOMISER SUPER HEATER COILS

WATER WALL TUBE PANELS:

We undertake fabrication of Side Wall Panels, Front Wall Panels, and Bend Tube Panels, which is formed by welding tube to tube with fins in-between to from a gas tight panel. The Side Wall/Front wall Panels have very complicated shape to allow inspection opening, man hole doors, burner opening and the fabrication of the same which is done by very intricate bending and checking on layout

BED COILS:

We undertake manufacturing of Bed Coils of with studs of MS / SS as per IBR.


TANKS :

We undertake manufacturing of Tanks, Exhaust Pipes, Fabricated Mitre Cut Bends, Concentric and Eccentric Cones etc. We are Having Plate Bending facility which can bend plate up to 2 meters wide x 20 mm thk.

BOOSTER BENDING:

Keeping with the need of modern Boiler design & co-generation power boilers, we undertake manufactured\ of boiler bank tubes, economizer coils, super heater coils with very close bending radius i.e. R=1D for 38.1 mm / 44.5mm / 50.8mm OD tubes where optimum quality is required with minimum thinning on bends and ovality with in IBR and ASME Standards, which is achieved by CNC Booster Bending, which enhances the life of pressure parts.

Our Works is equipped with all kinds of welding machines TIG/MIG, Studd welding machine, a number of welding rectifiers, Inverter welding machines, Tube/Pipe Swaging machine and centreless grinding machine.
